Common Questions

How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account and visit the “Orders” section. If your prescription has been approved, you will see tracking information once the pharmacy ships your medication. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after prescription approval.

Can I call to speak with a doctor?

Our phone support team can assist with account, billing, and general questions. However, medical consultations must be conducted through our secure telehealth platform to ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation. Start a consultation through your account to connect with a licensed physician.

How do I update my shipping address?

Log in to your account, go to “Account Settings,” and update your address under “Shipping Information.” If your order has already been processed, contact support immediately at [email protected]. We cannot redirect shipments once they have left the pharmacy.

Do you offer refunds?

Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed by the pharmacy due to federal regulations. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours with photos. Consultation fees are refundable if the physician determines the medication is not appropriate for you.
